We were having condensation problems in our attic with the fiberglass insulation. We contacted Precision Applications and found them to be very informative and helpful. They came out quickly and gave us an estimate. They highly recommended spray foaming the full cavity of the roof to eliminate the problem. The owner, Kellen Bizel, was very educated and took the time to answer our many questions regarding our concerns. We felt very comfortable with his input and together we agreed upon a solution. Precision Applications completed the job quickly and efficiently. They carefully masked off the top floor of our home so we were able to go about our daily activities, even while they were working. We were really impressed with their clean up as well. They were very professional and we are extremely satisfied with their work. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the fine job your company did on my roofs this year. After much research I chose to have the Astec system applied to 55,000 square ft of steel surface roofs. The job was a difficult one right from the start. Not only had an inferior product been applied previously but it refused to stick as designed. Your crew, led by Kellen Bizel, recognized the problem and set about fixing it immediately. Only after removing all the loose material from the roof did Mr. Bizel allow the work to proceed. After several major rains and two wet heavy snow storms the roof is performing beautifully.It is the first time in the five years that I have owned the property that the roof has not leaked and I feel very confident that it won’t.
Having seen the success of the application over steel I then contacted Precision Applications to coat 40,000 square feet of rubber membrane roof on another recently acquired property across town. After the job started we discovered that the substrate was weak or simply rotted out on a 3000 sq ft section. Kellen and crew tore the old roof apart and very quickly rebuilt it to a like new condition proving that your company is indeed a quality full service roofer. The level of quality and the eye for detail that your crew exhibits is a breath of fresh air in today’s world. With so many companies not willing to exert the extra effort I feel very fortunate to be able to hire your company with the confidence that no matter what the roof looks like when you start it will be right when you finish.
By the way I have another 14,000 sq ft of rubber membrane I would like done in the spring.
